Each rail comes with an installation kit which contains all necessary parts to install your rail (including 1 connector & 1 combicap). Rails can be joined easily using the connector and can be cut with a hacksaw to fit. Splice 1 combicap in order to use it for 2 end caps or as a corner connector. For installation please use all screws and plugs provided in each installation kit, screws should be placed approximately 30 to 40cm apart. Ordered a few just to try it out. First installation slightly tricky to get screws in best place but once first rail installed the next is easy. Great kit, have now installed 10+ rails in the whole house.Ease of installation Design Ease of use

The system works well and I am please with it. I thought the installation instructions...the so called "manual"... poor. The advice I sought over the phone was not very helpful either and delivery very expensive and slow.Ease of installation Design Ease of use
When attaching the hanging cords it is very easy to chip the paint off the rail. The video skipped very rapidly through that and showed it at a distance so if there is a "right" way to do it that was impossible to see.

The final installation looks really good.
The video of someone calmly drilling and tapping things into place made me laugh. When I found myself fixing the rails into a really awkward position there was no end of bad language.

I have a lot of framed paintings in different sizes and it was so easy to hang them and move them about using this hanging system. Installation was easy and took no time at all. The rail was light and sleek but very strong. Only problem I had was trying to push the rail onto the screws. My fingers did not have enough strength. I had to knock them with a hammer but I covered the hammer with a towel so as not to damage the rail. It would be nicer if there was an easier way of doing this. How much will it cost?
• For orders over £250 shipping to UK deliveries and Ireland the carriage is free.
• For small orders (without rail) shipping is £2.50 (under £30 order value) and £5 (over £30 order value) for UK deliveries and £30 for Ireland.
• For orders containing rail with a length up to 150 cm (59 inch):
to UK Mainland (England & Wales) there is a flat rate of £10.00, £11 for orders to Scotland (Central & Borders), £18 for orders to Remote Scotland (Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk), £30.00 for orders to Scottish Highlands and Islands, £26.00 for orders to Northern Ireland and £30.00 for Isle of Wight. £30.00 for orders to Guernsey. £32 for orders to Ireland. • For orders containing 250 cm rail (plasterrail):
to UK Mainland (England & Wales only) there is a flat rate of £36.00 We do not ship 250 cm rail to other UK regions.
When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
• Orders generally ship within 48 hours. For time sensitive orders, contact us at info@hangingsystems.com.
• Carrier method will be determined by value & size. If the order contain a rail or the value is over £60 it will be sent by APC Overnight (with tracking) If order doesn’t contain rail and is under £60 it will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (no tracking).
